The Lights Out Rail features a patent-pending SLIC system for seamless wire management and versatile accessory mounting. Made from durable 6061 T-6 aluminum with a Type 3 anodized finish, it’s available in five sizes and four colors. With anti-rotational tabs, stainless steel QD mounts, and an easy-install barrel nut, it delivers unmatched precision, durability, and adaptability.
The Slide Lock Integrated Channel (SLIC) offers a proprietary channel and cover system integrated into the handguard. This eliminates the need for makeshift solutions like zip-ties, tape, or ranger bands to secure wires and cables. The SLIC system conceals and protects wires and cables for a sleek and professional look while improving the functionality and aesthetics of the rifle. The channels also double as mounting points for accessories, making the rail more customizable than ever before.
Mounting channels machined at 2, 4, 7, and 10 o’clock positions. These positions allow users to mount M-Lok equipped accessories (lights, lasers, grips, etc.) securely and in optimal ergonomic locations, adding adaptability for a wide range of accessories, maximizing customization potential for users.
Anti-rotation tabs at the top and bottom of the rail are machined to 0.02″ of a mil-spec upper ensure precise mating with upper receivers (Billet and non-mil-spec uppers may not fit). These tabs help the rail and accessories stay locked in place, even in extreme conditions, enhancing stability and durability during use, and providing reliable performance under professional-grade stress.
Eliminates the need to time the barrel nut during installation. Simplifies installation without sacrificing precision or reliability, reduces setup time for users, and ensures a secure and repeatable fit. Barrel nuts are available in both light-weight (1.75 oz) anodized aluminum and a heavier (4.40 oz) 4140 steel, which has been gas nitride treated for incredible corrosion resistance.

Compatible with .750 gas blocks such as the Superlative Arms adjustable gas block. Not compatible with .875 or larger gas blocks.

I’ve run a lot of handguards over the years, but the Lights Out Rail blows them all away. The SLIC wire management system alone is worth it—no more zip ties or loose cables hanging off my rifle. Install was quick with the no-timing barrel nut, and once it’s on, it’s rock solid! Honestly, it’s worth every penny for that clean, refined feel.
